Sachdev Somiah M.D.
Psychiatrist
Sachdev Somiah M.D., is a psychiatrist and obtained his degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago. He has 19 years of experience in the field of behavioral health. He specializes in providing psychiatric services which includes pharmacotherapy for the adolescents, adults and geriatric population. He has also earned a waiver to prescribe buprenorphine, certified by the American Society of Addiction Medicine.
Mr. Gordon Coburn,
APRN, BC
Gordon has been working in the mental health field for over thirteen years specializing in behavior health medication management. His current focus is helping his patients grow both spiritually and mentally using his experience treating a wide range of mental health issues including anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, addiction and sleep issues. He is well known in the Tri-Cities area, working with a variety of organizations to help meet the needs of his patients. He remains dedicated to his patients and their families and is willing to work extended hours to accommodate their needs.
Gordon obtained his degree through the East Tennessee State University. After teaching and practicing nursing for several years, he decided to advance his clinical knowledge and committed himself to serving the community by dividing his professional career between clinical practice, teaching and working in the community at various nursing homes.

Joan D’cruz is a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who graduated from East Tennessee State University. She has 12 years of experience in the field of psychiatry and presently provides pharmacotherapy services for the adult and geriatric population.
