Teresa received a Master of Science degree in clinical mental health from Milligan University in 2018. She has experience working in public and private schools as a teacher and school counselor and in community mental health as a mental health therapist. She interested in working primarily with adults navigating transitions and life’s challenges including anxiety, depression, grief, and trauma. Using an integrative therapeutic approach, and is committed to working with clients as they overcome obstacles and realize their personal goals. Teresa believes a productive and satisfying life is found in relationship with God, family, and community, and she offers support for those who are struggling with challenges and striving to move forward.
She accepts Aetna, BCBS, CIGNA, OPTUM, and UHC.
Her self pay rate is $105 for intake visits and $85 after that for regular visits.
